All of our Korean BBQ hood, vent and grilling products are shipped via FedEx, Daylight Transport or other reputable shipping companies.

Product Returns or Exchanges

JC Enterprises accepts returns or exchanges of purchased products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price or product exchange if the initially purchased product is determined to be defective.  

Product Return or Exchange Process

To initiate a product return or exchange, please contact us within 30 calendar days of product delivery with details of the product defect.

Once your product return or exchange is approved by JC Enterprises, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label for your product return.  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 10 business days, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange. 

If you are entitled to, and elect to receive a product refund, we will process your refund via your original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for your refund to be processed. Any amount refunded to you will not include the cost of return shipping or any original shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. 

If you are eligible for and elect to receive a product exchange, we will send you a replacement product within 10 business days. 

Any returns received by JC Enterprises without our prior approval will not be processed and you will be responsible for the cost of JC Enterprises shipping the item back to you.  JC Enterprises reserves the right to refuse product refunds or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
